Hope’s mission is to engage people in intensive relationships, help them heal, and foster long-term relationships to help them transform and thrive. The Facilities Team focuses on creating a clean and safe environment that communicates to all that walk through our doors that they are valued. The Facilities Team Member’s role involves all areas of building maintenance not just specializing in one area. The team member will assist in day-to-day maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and with janitorial duties.
