Support Desk Team Member
Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, safe and secure area for Hope residents and guests. Will answer incoming calls to Hope, serve as the help desk for residents, and monitor security systems. Must be able to-enforce policies and posted guidelines without resorting to power and control.

Facilities Team Member
Summary:
Hope’s mission is to engage people in intensive relationships, help them heal, and foster long-term relationships to help them transform and thrive. The Facilities Team focuses on creating a clean and safe environment that communicates to all that walk through our doors that they are valued. The Facilities Team Member’s role involves all areas of building maintenance not just specializing in one area. The team member will assist in day-to-day maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and with janitorial duties.
