Hope Ministries and Help With Love work side by side to meet needs in our community. While Hope provides transitional housing, meals, and long-term programs, Help With Love steps in to connect neighbors with immediate resources like utilities, rent assistance, and skilled volunteers.
Together, these sister programs create a more complete picture of care: meeting urgent needs today while building long-term stability for tomorrow.

Types of Assistance
Help With Love is not an emergency response agency and does not provide cash directly. Help With Love provides guidance and referrals for the following:
Utility Assistance
Connecting families with resources to prevent shutoffs.
Helpline Advisers
Volunteers who listen, pray, and create a personalized service plan for each caller.
Skilled Services
Volunteers offering help with repairs, legal advice, financial counseling, transportation, and more.
Rent Assistance
Referrals to agencies and churches that help with rent.
How it Works
Getting Help With Love is simple:
Step 1
Call the Helpline at 574-252-2953.
Step 2
Leave your name, number, and reason for calling.
Step 3
A volunteer will return your call within 4 business days.
What to Expect
While Help with Love does have some immediate resources available to meet your needs, their primary function is to be a referral agency, advising you on what resources are available to meet your needs and providing you with the information needed to connect with those resources. Essentially, they are not an emergency response ministry nor do they have immediate cash on hand. Help With Love’s goal is to return your call within 4 business days. They then provide you with a service plan which outlines what resources will help meet your needs and how to contact the organizations providing those resources. Their participating churches are familiar with the resources available in your area and desires to offer friendship and support to you as they help you obtain those resources.
